[Seoul Kids’ Hearty Meal Service Information]

During the school vacation, Community Child Centers and Our Neighborhood Kids Centers provide up to two hours of care services for elementary school children. The service includes a healthy lunch, healthy eating habits education, and special programs such as play, reading, and hands-on activities. |
Project Overview
• Eligibility: Children aged 6–12 or elementary school students who need care and lunch services during the school vacation
• Priority Enrollment: Children from families with vacation care gaps, such as dual-income or single-parent households.
- Priority will be given to children from dual-income or single-parent households (on a first-come, first-served basis among equally eligible applicants).
• Service Hours: Up to 2 hours, including lunchtime (lunchtime varies by center)
• Service Providers: A total of 226 Community Child Centers and Our Neighborhood Kids Centers
• Fee: KRW 10,000 per session (5 consecutive days, Monday–Friday)
* For the 1st and 5th sessions, a fee of KRW 2,000 per day will be charged based on the number of Kids’ Hearty Meal Service operating days at each center.

** Supporting documents may only be submitted by applicants who have received the first-round approval notification from the center (notification message sent).
※ Supporting documents are accepted only if submitted on or after July 1, and documents issued on or after July 1 may be used for applications through Session 5.

* Nowon-gu Convergence Kids Center accepts batch applications for the entire vacation period. For more information, please contact the relevant institution. (Batch application and registration will take place on July 8.)
* The reservation opening times by group (district) are the same for Sessions 1–5.
Important Notes
※ Priority will be given to children from families with vacation care gaps, such as dual-income or single-parent households. Among equally eligible applicants, selection will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
※ Applications are limited to one center per child.
※ Multiple applications for the same child are not permitted. Duplicate applications may result in disqualification.
※ After receiving final approval, please pay the service fee to the designated center’s bank account by Thursday of the week prior to the service week. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
