📣Expanded Implementation of the Foreign National Employment Information Online Reporting System (from January 2, 2026) 📣

We would like to inform you about the expanded implementation of the Foreign National Employment Information Online Reporting System announced by the Ministry of Justice. Employment information can now be reported without visiting an Immigration Office or Foreigner Office.

• System Overview
The system has been improved so that foreign nationals can conveniently report their employment information (occupation, industry, and income) online without visiting an Immigration Office or Foreigner Office, thereby improving user convenience and administrative efficiency.
• How to Report
1) If planning to visit an Immigration Office: Report during the Hi Korea visit reservation process
2) If you only need to report employment information or changes to your employment: Report through the Hi Korea e-Application (online) service
