1. Addition of Item 3 under Article 1, Section III. (Security Measures Operated on the Website)

New Provision: To ensure privacy protection and prevent unauthorized disclosure, the Seoul Center prohibits attempts to log in to its services or collect non-public personal data using authentication credentials (such as login account information) through automated means such as scraping (including acting on behalf of an individual in exercising the right to request the transfer of personal information) without prior consultation. Upon the detection of any abnormal access, such as repeatedly changing IP addresses while accessing the service or attempting to circumvent the system’s security measures, technical measures, including blocking access, may be taken without prior notice.

2. Updates to Article 10 (Contact Information)

Planning and General Affairs Team: Team Leader Eunhye Ju → Senior Staff Mijeong Kim

*The Chief Privacy Officer and the contact information for the privacy officers of other teams remain unchanged.

The updated Privacy Policy will take effect on July 20, 2026. If you do not agree to the changes, you may choose to stop using the service. Continued use of the service will be deemed acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
