We are pleased to invite multicultural families to the 2026 Hangang River Festival – Summer, hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis for each program.

2026 Hangang River Festival – Summer

• Dates: Saturday, August 1 – Sunday, August 16, 2026

• Venue: On the Hangang River and at nine Hangang parks, including Jamsil, Yanghwa, Mangwon, and Nanji Hangang Parks.

• Eligibility: Multicultural families (including accompanying family members) and parents of adolescents

• Participation Fee: Free

• Programs:

① Hangang Night Walk 42K (Nogeum Plaza, Yeouido Hangang Park)

② Enjoy Hangang Paddle Sports (Seoul Windsurfing Center No. 17, Ttukseom Hangang Park)

③ Tubester Hangang Healing at Sebitseom Island (Sebitseom Island, Banpo Hangang Park)

④ The River Yacht Tour (The River Marina, Banpo Hangang Park)

⑤ Hi Seoul Cruise (Seoul Cruise Pier, Yeouido Hangang Park)

⑥ Golden Blue Marina Yacht & Kayak Festival (Sebitseom Island, Banpo Hangang Park) - Only parents of adolescents are eligible to apply.
