This is an annual report published by the Seoul Family Center and the Seoul Metropolitan Government since 2015 to explore changes in Seoul citizens' awareness and attitude toward family values, the characteristics and needs of Seoul families, and to systematically deliver information for Seoul families. In particular, this year's report includes the results of the time series data analysis of the Seoul Family Survey and the 2023 Seoul Parent Survey conducted from 2018 to 2023, consisting of the birth of the Seoul family in Chapter 1, the rearing of the Seoul family in Chapter 2, the relationships of the Seoul family in Chapter 3, and the life of the Seoul family in Chapter 4, and contains information on Seoul family policies at a glance. In order to become a Seoul Family Center and a Seoul City that accompanies Seoul families, we have tried to include the various aspects of life of Seoul families and family policies and services.

Research Overview
This study was conducted to understand the perceptions and attitudes of Seoul citizens toward family values and to contribute to the promotion of family relations and the creation of a family-friendly culture by suggesting preemptive family policies based on the current status and characteristics of each category of family policy. Therefore, this study analyzes general trends such as Seoul citizens' perceptions and attitudes toward family values and presents customized family policies and family support services based on the current status and characteristics of Seoul's family policy.
